Rental conditions (both houses)
Conditions
Prices described are applicable all year and include the hot water consumption and also the heater when weather conditions require it (usually from October to April). Each house will be delivered clean and in perfect condition.
Tourist tax
The prices indicated on this website (and in any other where the AlpensHolidays homes are advertised) do NOT include the tourist tax.
Currently, the type of the corresponding tax that applies to the Tourist Houses of Central Catalonia (HUTCC) is € 0.90 per person (except under 17) and day, with a maximum of 7 days.

BOOKINGS THROUGH AVAIBOOK
In the conditions of contracting (policy of cancellations, rules of the establishment and conditions of reservation) that have been accepted when making the reservation through Avaibook it is indicated clearly that the indicated prices do NOT include the rate Tourist tax, that for Tourist Home of Central Catalonia (HUTCC) is € 0.90 per person (over the age of 16) and day, with a maximum of 7 days.
OFFERS OR DISCOUNTS
Depending on the booking (dates, duration, number of people, ...) AlpensHolidays can offer a discount equivalent to the amount of this fee so that the guests do not see increased the cost of their stay.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in (after 14:30h) and check-out (before 11h). Whenever possible, we will allow our guests to extend the departure time until 20h.
Both check-in and check-out will take place in the house. The guests will be given an unique set of keys.
Security Deposit
At the time of checking in, you must pay a deposit. This deposit is to meet any costs arising from loss or damage to the house, furniture or utensils.
- The security deposit for the house of 3 floors (Ca la Celia) is 200 €.
- The security deposit for the apartment downstairs (Les Pallisses) is 100 €.
The amount of this deposit will be refunded in full (for transfer in a maximum of three days) when at the end of the stay the house is found in conditions identical to those that have been delivered.
Pets allowed
The admission of animals requires specific permission. If travelers want to accomodate animals in any of the two houses, they shall notify what kind of animal it is. The assessment of whether to accept or not be individual depending on the characteristics of each.
