Cancellation policy
• If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of entering the accommodation, you will be refunded the amount of the reservation you have advanced, deducting the cancellation fees charged by AvaiBook and which are € 1 + 2%.
• If you cancel the reservation between 60 and 15 days before entering the accommodation, the owner stays the amount you have anticipated.
• In any other case, the owner is entitled to the total amount of the reservation.
