The house is known as “Cala Cèlia” (Cèlia’s house) and it has three floors. On the ground floor there are two garages where there fit three cars, motorbikes, bikes… You can enter it through the west façade situated in the Carmen street.
The first floor has 140m2 and it is not renovated yet, but is very useful as a storage space.
The second floor has also 140m2. The house has the following rooms:
A really spacious kitchen fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine. It’s a lighty room and it has a large window where you can watch the wonderful views of the village and mountains.
A large dinning room where you can go outside to the balcony and admire the wonderful landscape.
One independent bathroom totally equipped.
A double bedroom where there is a bed which is 160 cm wide. Besides, we can put a cradle into the room.
A double bedroom where there is a bed which is 150 cm wide.
A double or quadruple bedroom. When the house is occupied by six or fewer people this room only has a bed which is 200 cm wide (bedroom suite). If the house is occupied by eight people then it enables a second bed 135 cm and the room becomes quadruple. This room has 40 m2, parquet floor and wooden roof. This bedroom is totally furnished with pieces of antique furniture which are from modernism, Isabel II and Alfonso XII style. This room also has a large fully equipped bathroom. Besides, this bedroom has a balcony where you can go and enjoy watching the wonderful landscape.
The house has spacious and large corridors and one of them is used as a dressing room.
Finally, the house offers magnificent view of the mountains from the balcony, dinning room and master bedroom, double room and kitchen.
The optimal capacity of the house is 8 people, but if it's necessary we can install a couple of mattresses on the floor and raise up to 10 people, although this would entail a decrease in comfort. We can provide a cradle and beds for children.
